Overview of Admission Process

Admission is a two-fold process designed to provide parents with the opportunity to learn more about the school, its philosophy and policies, and its people. We think of it as enrolling families, not just students, and our goal is to select families who will both benefit from and contribute to what the school has to offer.
Openings in each age level are limited, so it is important to register your child as soon as possible. There is a one time non-refundable $75.00 registration fee per child. Upon review and acceptance or your application, a non-refundable deposit equal to two weeks tuition is required to hold your spot. This will be credited toward the last two weeks of care. - Parents are contacted to schedule a tour of the school. Tours and Open Houses will be scheduled closer to completion of construction. Please check the website often for updates and announcements.
- When the applicant is accepted, an enrollment packet is sent.
- A student is formally admitted when the signed agreement and applicable fees are received by the Director of Operations and the agreement is countersigned by someone from the Creative Minds Montessori School.
Please note – Admission forms are required by the Department of Public Welfare (DPW) and MUST BE UPDATED ACCORDING TO DPW REGULATIONS (every 6 months or whenever a change occurs)
