Mandy Lobaugh - Owner & Older Toddler Head Teacher

Mandy, owner and head teacher of the Older Toddler Classroom, holds a BA in Psychology from Cedar Crest College. Mandy also holds an American Montessori Society (AMS) credential in Early Childhood through Princeton Center Teacher Education (http://www.pmonts.edu/).

Mandy has over 10 years of experience in childcare, with 7 years concentrated in Montessori education. Her experience began in a local day care center then evolved to a Montessori School, where she fell in love with the Montessori philosophy. Working at Center Square Montessori School in Blue Bell, PA, she gained valuable experience working at a first class Montessori School. In 2003, Mandy received her AMS Early Childhood Certification from Princeton Center Teacher Education and from there the dream of operating her own Montessori School began.

Judy Hunter - Director of Operations

Judy Hunter is the President of Hunter Human Resource Solutions, Inc., a Human Resource Consultant located in Boyertown, PA.
Hunter Human Resource Solutions collaborates with business owners to provide cost effective Human Resource Solutions in today’s challenging business climate.

Their efforts focus on helping clients align their functions and strategies as well as provide a measurement to help owners keep Human Resource tied to their business goals.

Training Seminars to improve knowledge and performance of employees; Consulting Services to assist in managing risk related to employment and benefits; and Outsourcing Services offer support to business owners and allow them to focus on their business.
Judy is a results-oriented Human Resources Professional with over twenty-five years of demonstrated success in the areas of recruitment, employment law, employee relations, conflict resolution, safety, management training, and workers’ compensation. Recognized for initiative and problem-solving skills, the creation and implementation of effective human resources and safety programs, and for negotiating and consensus building successes

Ms. Hunter has multi-state experience in several industries: manufacturing, construction as well as service and non-profit organizations.

Ms. Hunter has completed numerous trainings and career courses and has been published in the 422 Business Advisor. She received her undergraduate degrees from Ursinus and Albright Colleges.
